Almost anywhere in Canada. If there is an issue with your address we will contact you.

Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using boxes with no indication of what is inside.

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the returns page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

It varies depending on your location in Canada and Canada Post. We send all items via Xpresspost. Under normal circumstances your package is expected to be delivered in two to three business days. If you live in a remote rural location, occasionally it may take a day or two longer.

Currently we only accept payment via E-Transfer.

Currently we do not ship internationally or process credit cards.

If we receive your order and Interac E-transfer by our 10am PST cutoff time, your order will ship that business day. If we receive your order and payment after 10am PST, your order will ship the next business day.
